  1. Dear Copetown publishers: Thank you comrades for having come up with this wonderful idea of publishing information, this will mean that most of COPE supporters will now find it easy to air their views on issues of concern and questions of clarity will be easily accessible. This will be truly an Each one Teach one situation.

    Foward COPE Foward

  2. Comrades, i’m very impresed with the way JJ thabane has adressed the business& Proffessional Network Meeting in capetown. The level of proffesionalism and caliber that COPE display at a very intial stage before elections denotes vasty difference againt the rulling party’s meetings. We got to discuss the really issues that our country is facing and that creates platform for understanding our way forward.

    Viva COPE Viva!!!!

  3. most political parties push their policies and manifesto. the masses do not understand much about these things . we need to communicate our intenetions in a more simple way. a picture can say 100 words. Implementation has been lacking all these years and we must show that we are able to change things .

  4. Combrads who ever is responsible for creating posters and car stikers must make those available to all the zones so we can start stiking them to our cars and streets for the cope visibelity we want cope to be visible combrates dont we.

    via!!!!COPE!!!via

  5. I would like to share a winning strategy for the elections and recruitment drive. We need to use people from our very own community who has credibility, trust,to advocate COPE at any launch or public meeting to attract membership.i say this with great respect having been A political and never been involved with any political party we do have our very own dynamic speakers and then the down to earth speaker whom the public do enjoy.Stigma of the past will remain and that is what the community still hold as a grudge which has a major effect inregards to would be members. We might have forgiven but lets face the reality the majority has not so let us change the face of COPE when attracting the locals use local residence as HONEY to attract the flies.

  6. I must say that COPE is lacking on visibility. The ground work has been done to let people know that COPE has landed and is hear to stay. However then we need to let them know on a daily basis that they are part of the movement, by door to door campains if necessary. Not all of communities are ruled by political thugs as we have seen in the Eastern Cape. Let’s be visible.

  7. Comrades please we really need posters and stickers also in Eastern Cape to make people aware that we are alive and kicking and moreover we are proud of our party.

  8. Combrades we want every cope mamber here in south africa to own a copy of cope’s cd becourse it’s full of massage. irhabule maqabane.
can’t you leaders do something about it.to me cope is not lacking visibility. cope is every where ,and what i like about it is that peaple joined it volontarlly, becourse abantu badiniwe ZIZIGILA MKHUBA thina we want leaders who will fearlessly defend the constitution and uphold the rule of law,ANC you’ll not rule this country for ever ndininia ka imizuzu not years niyeke ukulawula.i cope iziphatha and izolawula.Combrades iwant to reminde you that the struggle is not over.now is the time for us to look foward not backward ,we fought had for this freedom masingayiyekeli KWIZIGILA MKHUBA . VIVA CONGRESS OF THE PEAPLE.

  9. Cdes if we want people to respect and understand protocol of the organisation we need to be strict as to who attends sensitive meetings such as this one. if a letter says the ward and zonal or vd coordinators so it should be, not the different heading in the website. members should belong to a branch and get the information from that level. this provincial general meeting stance makes us look like amateurs. this is a political organisation comrades. let’s not allow a situation where people who have no interest of COPE at heart would come and have a chance of infecting others with their rootten thinking, unless you call those people, specificly, as leadership. it is high time people start acknowledging COPE structures as a way of dessiminating and acquiring the organisational (internal) matters.

  10. Uita Thuma Mina

  11. It is a pity that we find ourselves in this chaotic state of affairs, i wish to apeal to both leaders LIKOTA and SHILOWA to relook their paths and activities , i have no doubt that they both do not appreciate thise recent developments, they will help neither of them instead COPE is suffocating, i recommend (1)put moratorium into all these activities of the recent past(both sides), (2)call a neutral person like (TUTU, mama RAMPELE) to mediate so as to remove the “personalization” which has engulfed this whole situation (3)start from a clean slate.I hope you will both consider my humble plea. DR MV BIKITSHA

  12. Ncedana “statement” on the events that took place at the last CNC are most unfortunate and full of inaccuracies. The CNC was not supposed to discuss the report of the DC as it will have to hear an appeal if one is made. The Chair ruled the matter closed, but Ncedana and others would not accept that ruling. The CWC never set up the DC-it had to appoint another member due to the unavailability of the Chair. Ms Kemp is not the personal assistant of the president. The truth is that Ncedana and others disrupted the meeting, with ulterior motives-they did not want the item on the forensic audit to be discussed by the meeting. Such ill-discipline is unacceptable and such sad attempts at justifying it even worse.
